Returns
    •    We accept returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
    •    Clearance, sale, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    •    If you need a different size or style, you can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
    •    Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    •    If your desired item is sold out, we’ll process it as a standard return and issue store credit or a refund.

Refunds
    •    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
    •    Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items
    •    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trusttheprogressclothing.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
    •    We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and make it right.

How to Start a Return
    1.    Email us at returns@trusttheprogressclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2.    We’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
    3.    Package your item securely and drop it off with the carrier.

Important Notes
    •    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during return transit.
    •    Gift cards are non-refundable.
    •    Any items returned outside the 30-day window may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
